The Scale

I consider my starting weight to be 232 lbs. It’s a bit of a guesstimate, but it works for me. You can read about how I came to decide on that starting weight here. My goal weight is 132, so I’m aiming for an even hundred pounds!

These measurements were all taken on a scale that is off by about 10lbs, so really I probably weighed 10lbs more than listed here.
